Wedding Invite / Stationary Designs

I am excited to finally be able to share with you something that I have been working on over the past month. I decided to venture into designing wedding invitations and stationary, after a customer was looking for some Evening Invites where she wanted to have my Lilac Bloom design featured on. Here is a sample of what I put together which was Day/Evening invites with Rsvp's and Information Cards, as well as other day stationary for her such as place cards, table names - all named after different place in the Lake District. More photographs will follow...

I enjoyed working on this so much and loved being a part of designing items for a brides big day and making sure it was all perfect and beautiful. This is a design service I am now offering - for Invites and Wedding Stationary. I am in the process of developing designs ready for it at the moment. So if anybody is interested or would like to see more of what I have done, or have any ideas please do get in touch, I would love to work with you!

Pocket Mirror on Etsy

My Lilac Bloom pocket mirror design is now available on Etsy to buy.

It is perfect as a gift, especially with christmas coming up, it would make a great stocking filler. It comes in a pretty organza bag tied with ribbon to make it that extra bit special, and would be lovely for a wedding gift or favour.

I offer discounts on larger orders. You could also choose any other one of my pocket mirrors. Do get in touch with any ideas or requests.

My stall featured on The Art Market video

Here is a lovely video with some great clips from the Art Markets in June, where I had my first retail stall. It was such a great atmosphere, with freindly people and lots of quality, quirky pieces of work, oh and wonderful, chilled live music.

Have a watch! See if you can spot me and my stall!

The next ones are in November, where I will have a stall at also. More photos of the day to come soon.

British Craft Trade Fair

I had a brilliant few days, exhibiting as a Newcomer at the British Craft Trade Fair in Harrogate. It was such a great experience to be able to meet other talented artists and designers and see such a high standard of work. I met some lovely people on the stands near me, 'Maneggi, Anna Wright and Mcdonough and Davies' check them out. This was my first ever show and trade fair which went really well, was great meeting buyers. I learnt so much and I gained some potential stockists and contacts, as well as receiving some positive feedback, so all really exciting. More updates to follow.

Rosa Classica Collection

After working hard on putting the designs together and sewing the hems I have finally got round to taking some photographs of my new launch collection of scarves, 'Rosa Classica' intended to be feminine, romantic with hints of nostalgia, with hand painted floral, rose designs taken from my watercolour paintings and drawings. They have been digitally printed on to silks in the uk, which compliments the painted qualities beautifully and I am really pleased with them. I am going to be officially launching my design label and scarf collection at the British Craft Trade Fair in April in Harrogate and then they will be available to buy thereafter.
